After a meeting with legendary talent manager Troy Carter, Hill directed Lady Gaga's "The Fame" short concert movie entitled "Candy Warhol". In 2010, Hill returned to Philadelphia to directed a music based feature film entitled "Streets" starring hip hop star Meek Mill and Nafessa Wiliams star of The CW's Black Lightning (also produced by Alston) that was released nationally by the BET network in 2012.
