Found a bug?

In the beta, take a screenshot anywhere in the app, tap the preview and choose Share Beta Feedback — it comes straight to us with the details we need. Otherwise, email us what you were doing and what happened, with a screenshot if you can.

Signing in

• Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a link.
• Signed up with Apple or Google? Sign in the same way again — there's no separate EverRated password.
• Didn't get the confirmation email? Check your spam folder, then email us from the address you signed up with.

Bringing your ratings from Letterboxd, IMDb or Goodreads

During sign-up, or later in Settings → Your data, choose Letterboxd, IMDb or Goodreads and follow the three steps shown. Anything we can't match is listed so you can add it by hand, and importing twice never creates duplicates.

Reporting a person or a post

Every review, comment, post and message has a Report option, and you can block anyone from their profile. Reports go to our moderators. Posting spoilers without the spoiler tag, hate speech and harassment are against our rules.

Your data and your account

• Download everything you've written: Settings → Your data → Export.
• Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account. It's permanent and removes your content; accounts made with Apple or Google confirm by typing your username. What gets deleted, and what to do if you can't sign in.
