Delete Your Account

Delete it yourself (takes a minute)

1. Sign in on the app or at everrated.app.
2. Go to Settings → Account & security and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password. Accounts made with Apple or Google confirm by typing your username instead.

It happens straight away and can't be undone.

Can't sign in?

Email info@hivellc.net from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my EverRated account” and your username if you remember it. We'll confirm it's your account and delete it within 30 days, then reply to let you know it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, profile, photo, banner and bio.
• Your ratings, reviews, diary entries, comments, reposts, likes, votes and reactions.
• Your posts in communities, topics and chats, and your lists.
• Your direct messages. One-to-one conversations are removed for both people.
• Photos and voice clips you uploaded, your follows and followers, blocks, notifications and push notification tokens.

What stays, and why

• Things other people rely on are handed over, not deleted: a community you own passes to its longest-serving moderator or member, a group chat you started passes to another member, and a topic you started stays up for the replies in it. Your own posts inside them are still deleted.
• A one-line safety record that the account was deleted, with its former username, stays in our moderation log so a banned account can't simply come back under the same name. It holds nothing else.
• Moderation logs (for example a community noting that a post was removed) keep their entries, but they no longer link to your account.
• Totals like a title's average rating are recalculated without you.
