In the year of Japan's defeat, Kenji returned from the battlefield with nothing but his body. He then reunited with Kosada, who controlled the black market, and was taken care of by him. Kosada told Misuzu that Kenji had been killed in the war, and Misuzu was raped, tattooed all over her back, and forced to perform in a pervert show.
