A severe recession has swept through a downtown district filled with small factories. On the second floor of a small factory that manufactures electrical components, high school student Hiromi lives with her father, Yuichiro, the factory's accountant; her mother, Yoko; the factory owner, Kida; and two employees, Tetsuo and Seiji.
